Get the Best out of Your Nucleic Acid Extraction
Applications such as sequencing, PCR, cloning, gene editing, and epigenetics belong to the molecular biology researcher's "standard toolbox" and high quality nucleic acids build the foundation of great results. Nucleic acid extraction is one of the most pivotal and self-evident steps in molecular biology, as it is widely and routinely used in many areas of the biological and medical sciences.
Despite the prevalence of nucleic acid extraction methods, workers in these areas cope daily with low DNA quality and yield, have to deal with toxic substances, and must address the increasing need for a reasonable rate of consumable consumption as well as to manage cost targets.
To master these challenges, BioEcho is committed to support you with nucleic acid extraction solutions applicable for a wide range of routine applications from your "standard toolbox". Our solutions support you to isolate and purify DNA and RNA quickly, cost-effectively and with high yield and purity – even for challenging samples. With less consumable consumption you can significantly reduce your environmental footprint.
Making high-quality nucleic acid extraction faster and simpler
Speed up & simplify your nucleic acid extraction
Tedious bind–wash–elute procedures build a bottleneck in daily routines. Our EchoLUTION technology relies on single-step nucleic acid isolation within a one-minute centrifugation. Nucleic acids pass through the purification matrix without interaction, while impurities are held back and are completely removed. Different from the conventional silica-based bind–wash–elute nucleic acid extraction methods, EchoLUTION allows today’s fastest and simplest nucleic acid extraction with the highest purity.
Faster to result
Fewer protocol steps with our one-minute extraction technology
Inhibitor-free nucleic acids
High quality for reliable and reproducible downstream applications
High yield
Excellent recovery and high concentration across various tissues and sample types
Superior for challenging samples
Make DNA accessible even with difficult species, tissues and sample types.
Reduced consumable costs
Less consumable consumption due to less workflow steps compared to other methods
Fewer toxic reagents
Toxic reagents are replaced with environmentally friendly alternatives.
Extracting DNA from animal sample types or plant cells often results in an unfavorable gDNA yield and purity for downstream applications. Differences in cell numbers for blood between animal species lead to a reduced yield. In plants, rigid cell walls must be lysed appropriately in order to expose the cytoplasm. Native DNA contaminants affect the quality of isolated DNA and can inhibit downstream enzymatic reactions.
Our EchoLUTION extraction technology involves a lysis step that is tailored to animal or plant sample types allowing for an efficient lysis and purification to avoid carryover of contaminants.
Particularly in experiments, where sensitivity is of high importance (such as qPCR with limited sample material), EchoLUTION-purified DNA outperforms results obtained with the silica-based technology.
Up to fivefold more DNA yield than with silica-based kits
No native DNA contaminants
No toxic substances or chaotropic salts that inhibit downstream applications
Increase purity & yield across different species and sample types
