The BioEcho Spin Column Adapter is used to centrifuge spin columns (1.5 mL, and 2 mL) in plate centrifuges. The product contains two adapters with a capacity of 24 spin columns each. The use of plate centrifuges with swing-out rotors is strongly recommended for all EchoLUTION Kits. This ensures that the matrix remains flat and purification efficiency is not compromised.
